Privacy Notice

Effective September 29, 2026. This notice explains how Merindale handles information submitted through this public website and the technical information used to deliver it.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Merindale, you may provide your name, organization, work email address, role, and information about the business or research-operations issue you want to discuss. The current website inquiry form prepares an email in your own email client; Merindale does not currently operate a website database that stores the form submission before it is sent.

Do not send patient information

Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, study-subject identifiers, health information, or other patient-identifiable or protected health information through this website, public email, or an initial scheduling request. If a future engagement requires access to sensitive or regulated information, the scope, agreements, access model, and safeguards should be established before that information is shared.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, network information, and security logs needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

Cookies and analytics

Merindale does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral-advertising trackers, or a separate marketing analytics platform on this site. Depending on hosting and security configuration, service providers such as Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms that are necessary for security, performance, or site delivery. If Merindale later adds non-essential analytics, marketing technology, or other tracking that materially changes this practice, this notice should be updated before or when those tools are enabled.

Third-party services

This site is designed for Cloudflare hosting and loads typography from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical request information when their services are used. If scheduling is enabled through a third-party provider such as Calendly, information submitted through that scheduling experience is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

How information is used

Merindale may use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, prepare or schedule a consultation, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site and practice, and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.

Retention and sharing

Merindale keeps business inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing business records, security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Merindale does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, scheduling, security, collaboration, accounting, or other business operations, depending on the services actually in use.

Your choices

You may ask Merindale to correct or delete business-contact information you previously provided, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for contractual, security, accounting, or legal purposes. Use the Contact page to make a request.

Updates

This notice may be updated as Merindale's website, service providers, or operating practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

This website notice describes the public-site experience. Client engagements may require separate confidentiality, security, privacy, data-processing, business-associate, or other terms depending on the actual scope. Qualified counsel should review the final public notice before launch and after material changes to data practices.
