Atlanta, Georgia · Clinical trial site operations consulting

Start with the operating problem.

Merindale is based in Atlanta and available for remote and on-site engagements across Georgia and the Southeast. You do not need to know which service you need before starting the conversation.

A useful first conversation

One study is enough to start.

Useful starting points include an activation that keeps slipping, a study that is open but not enrolling, recurring monitoring findings, unclear ownership across a portfolio, a team that is overloaded, or a workflow that has become difficult to sustain.

The first conversation is about fit before it is about selling a package. We will listen to the problem, ask what evidence already exists, and decide whether the issue sits inside our site-side experience. If it does not, we would rather say so early.

What happens next

A simple first step, then a clear decision.

We do not need a giant discovery process to decide whether a problem is worth exploring.

1
Clarify the problem. What is happening, who is affected, and what evidence already exists?
2
Confirm fit. Is the issue inside Merindale's site-side experience, and can we add value without duplicating your existing team?
3
Scope the smallest useful engagement. Agree on the question, participants, evidence, outputs, and how success will be judged.
