Accessibility Statement
Merindale wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who navigate with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, or reduced-motion settings.
Our current approach
The site is designed with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, responsive layouts, readable contrast, descriptive link text, and reduced-motion support. We also run automated browser checks for navigation, responsive overflow, headings, internal links, and key interaction paths.
Accessibility target
Our design and development goal is to follow widely used WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices where they are applicable to this site. We are not claiming formal certification or complete conformance, and an independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
Known limitations
Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility issue. Video, complex visualizations, browser behavior, font rendering, and third-party services may create limitations that are not caught by automated checks. We will continue to improve the site as issues are identified.
Need information in another format?
If a page, document, form, or interaction is difficult to use, contact Merindale and describe the page and the problem you encountered. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in another practical format or correct the issue.
Report an accessibility issue
Use the Contact page or email hello@merindale.com. Please include the page or feature involved, the browser or assistive technology you were using if relevant, and a brief description of the problem. Do not include patient-identifiable information or protected health information.
Updates
This statement will be updated as the website, testing process, and accessibility practices evolve.
